All content displayed on this website, including imagery, custom artwork, product descriptions, and the underlying design, belongs exclusively to Vanakat.
Our unique volcanic obsidian pieces are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our items as accurately as possible; however, due to the natural variance of obsidian, each piece remains uniquely distinctive.
3. INDIVIDUAL COMMISSIONS & PURCHASES
When ordering dynamic collections or request-based Bespoke Commissions, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are suspected.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vanakat and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service, or 100 USD if no purchase has been executed.
5. "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" DISCLAIMER
Our website and services are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate completely uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely clear of digital disruptions.
